01Agreement

By using the EdWagon website or enrolling in a program offered by Edzor Ventures Private Limited ("EdWagon", "we", "us"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

02Programs & enrolment

• Program details, schedules, and cohort dates are described on each course page and may change with notice.
• A seat is confirmed once payment (or an approved instalment plan) is received.
• Live sessions, mentor reviews, and capstone feedback are delivered as described for each cohort.

03Payments & refunds

• Fees, taxes, and currency are shown at checkout for India, the UAE, and Singapore.
• Refunds, where offered, follow the cooling-off window stated for your cohort. After the window or once a cohort begins, fees are generally non-refundable.
• Instalment plans must be kept current to retain access.

04Your conduct

You agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully. You will not share your account, redistribute course materials, harass other learners or mentors, or disrupt sessions. We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches.

05Placement support

We provide placement support — referrals, reviews, and introductions to partner companies — but we do not guarantee a job, salary, or specific outcome. Results depend on your effort, skills, and market conditions.

06Intellectual property

All course content, materials, and branding belong to EdWagon and its partners, and are licensed to you for personal learning only. Work you create during a program remains yours; you grant us permission to showcase capstones as proof of work, with your consent.

07Liability

Our services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, EdWagon is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the program in question.

08Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the courts of Bengaluru. We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page.
